My name is Jay, I during the past 30+ years, I have devoted my life to training, developing, and managing teams and team members to accomplish missions. In the U.S. Marine Corps it was combat missions, in police work, it was criminal interdiction, and in business it was running successful businesses by building teams and achieving revenue goals.

During my career, I have helped hundreds of young professionals reach higher levels of success in business and in life. I learned early on that most companies only strive for results without focusing on the development of those who they are tasking with achieving those results. The outcome is an employee who continues a cycle of working based on what they are told to accomplish rather than developing into the leader or operator they could become.

I have combined my 30+ years of experience and education to create a principle based approach along with actionable strategies that teach professionals how to become more successful and thus thrive in life and high-performance environments, where stress & pressure are always present and competition is fierce.
